When you complete a consultation request, practice assessment, intake questionnaire, or client form, we may collect information about your chiropractic practice, team structure, staffing needs, operational challenges, business goals, coaching or consulting relationships, scheduling preferences, and other information you voluntarily provide.

Purchase and transaction information. When you purchase a digital product, consulting service, operational audit, program, or other offering, we may collect billing details, transaction records, purchased items, and information needed to deliver your purchase and provide support. Payment card and banking information is generally processed directly by third-party payment processors. We do not typically store complete payment card numbers.

Communications and submitted materials. We may retain emails, attachments, questionnaires, documents, feedback, testimonials, and other materials you send to us.

Event information. If you register for a webinar, workshop, training, or other event, we may collect registration details and information relevant to the event.

Employment information. If we accept employment applications through the Services, we may collect contact information, work history, education, references, resumes, cover letters, and other application materials.

When you use the Services, we or our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

Artificial intelligence may assist our work, but material business recommendations and client communications remain subject to human review when appropriate.

CA Way Management provides business and operational consulting services and is not a healthcare provider through this website.

Do not submit patient names, medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance information, or other protected health information (“PHI”) through general website forms, ordinary email, or other unsecured methods.

If a consulting engagement requires access to PHI, that access will be addressed separately through appropriate agreements, secure systems, and applicable privacy and security procedures.

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

A. Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the business, such as website hosting providers, scheduling platforms, payment processors, email and communication providers, cloud-storage providers, customer relationship management systems, analytics providers, advertising platforms, professional advisors, and information-technology providers.

B. Business and Professional Partners

When appropriate and with suitable authorization, we may share information with referral partners, event partners, coaching organizations, consultants, or other professionals involved in serving you. We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. CA Way Management does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. If we engage in activity legally considered a sale or sharing, we will provide the required opt-out method.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

The Services are intended for business owners and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services.

The Services may link to websites, scheduling tools, payment platforms, social-media services, or other resources that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties.

CA Way Management is based in the United States, and the Services are primarily intended for users in the United States.

If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from those in your country.
