CA Way Management was built on more than a decade of real experience inside a chiropractic practice — from the daily realities of patient flow and team dynamics to the systems that make sustainable growth possible.
The Story
Twelve Years. One Practice. A Lot of Hard-Won Lessons.
I started my career as a Chiropractic Assistant — answering phones, checking patients in, learning the rhythm of a busy practice. Over the next twelve-plus years, I worked my way through nearly every role in the office, eventually becoming Office Manager for a high-volume chiropractic practice.
Those years shaped the professional I am today. I was fortunate to learn from experienced doctors and an incredible team who trusted me with increasing responsibility as the practice continued to grow. Along the way, I gained firsthand experience in hiring, onboarding, team development, workflow optimization, leadership, and the day-to-day operations that keep a practice running smoothly.
As the practice expanded, I also came to understand a reality shared by many successful chiropractic offices: growth brings new operational demands. Even with great leadership and strong coaching, doctors only have so much time. Between caring for patients, leading a team, and growing a business, important operational priorities—like hiring, training, accountability, and system implementation—can easily compete for attention.
I also experienced the incredible difference that intentional systems can make. When roles are clearly defined, hiring is structured, onboarding is thoughtful, and expectations are communicated well, teams become more confident, offices operate more efficiently, and doctors gain the freedom to focus on what they do best—caring for their patients.
That’s why I founded CA Way Management.
My mission isn’t to replace what practices are already doing well—it’s to strengthen it. Whether a practice is working independently or alongside a coaching organization, I help fill the operational gaps by supporting implementation, developing teams, creating sustainable systems, and bringing structure to the daily work that keeps a practice moving forward.
