EXPERIENCE FOUNDATION
Built From Experience — Not Theory
For over 12 years, I worked inside a high-volume chiropractic practice — beginning as a Chiropractic Assistant and growing into the role of Office Manager.
I answered phones. Managed patient flow. Handled insurance. Trained new hires. Navigated staffing transitions. Solved last-minute challenges. Supported doctors balancing patient care with business ownership.
I lived the pace.
I carried the responsibility.
I understood the weight of keeping everything moving.
Working in a busy practice taught me something invaluable: even strong systems require time, consistency, and leadership capacity to function at their highest level.
LESSONS FROM GROWTH
When Growth Outpaces Bandwidth
The doctors I worked alongside had solid processes and strong clinical leadership. I would not know what I know today without their mentorship and example.
But like many growing practices, time was often the limiting factor.
When patient care is — rightly — the priority, operational refinement and proactive hiring can take a back seat. I saw how quickly growth can stretch even well-designed systems.
I stepped into challenges.
Bridged gaps.
Strengthened processes.
Built structure when bandwidth was tight.
THE OPERATIONAL MINDSET
Earning to Think Operationally
That experience shaped the way I think.
I know the mental load of a Chiropractic Assistant because I carried it myself.
Over time, I realized what I loved most wasn’t just keeping the office running — it was refining the structure behind it.
Designing workflows that supported growth.
Training teams with clarity.
Creating hiring systems that prevented reactive decisions.
Bringing calm to fast-moving environments.
